Smoothie King is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead a motivated team and deliver a standout guest experience. You will manage daily operations, apply P&L insights, and drive store performance.

As a hands-on leader, you will foster a fun, customer-first environment, develop marketing initiatives, and ensure health and safety standards while promoting Smoothie King’s healthy lifestyle brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a team in restaurant or retail customer service.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a passion for working with people.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and lead a motivated team to deliver an extraordinary guest experience.
• Use operational tools like Profit and Loss Statements and scheduling software to ensure operational excellence.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and manage inventory effectively.
• Analyze store environment and KPIs to identify opportunities and implement improvements.
• Manage daily cash activities and ensure compliance with food safety guidelines.
• Promote and uphold Smoothie King brand standards and store cleanliness.
• Drive company programs and inspire your team to meet operational goals.
• Develop local marketing plans and community outreach initiatives.
• Recognize and celebrate team and individual achievements creatively.
