Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a manager or supervisor in a restaurant or retail service business.
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Demonstrated integrity and alignment with company culture and mission.
• Willingness to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and lead the store team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Utilize P&L, Daily Business Review, and inventory tools to run operations.
• Manage supplier relationships and inventory shipments.
• Monitor KPIs and implement improvements.
• Handle cash activities and daily deposits.
• Ensure food safety compliance.
• Uphold brand standards and store appearance.
