Smoothie King is seeking a purpose-driven Assistant General Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will manage daily operations, coach staff, and uphold brand standards while collaborating with the General Manager on strategic initiatives.

Competenze

• Clear communication skills, both written and oral.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic software tools.
• Ability to work varied hours including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of OSHA and EEOC guidelines is preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist the General Manager with hiring, developing, and leading store staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Analyze store KPIs and collaborate with GM to drive improvements.
• Manage cash handling and daily deposits.
• Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines and company standards.
• Develop local marketing plans and community outreach with GM.
