Smoothie King’s General Manager will lead a store team to deliver an extraordinary guest experience, manage daily operations, and drive growth. You will hire, develop, and motivate staff, uphold brand standards, and ensure safety and quality in every interaction.

This role requires strong leadership, integrity, and the ability to work varied hours. You’ll use tools like P&L, DBR, and scheduling software to optimize performance, build local marketing plans, and foster a healthy, active lifestyle

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s preferred in business, hospitality management, or similar field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a manager or supervisor in a restaurant or retail customer service environment.
• Basic knowledge of Word and Excel; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and lead the store team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Use operational tools (P&L, Daily Business Review, Cash & Deposit Log, Data Central scheduling/inventory) to achieve excellence.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and manage inventory and shipments.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements; ensure store cash activities are handled properly.
• Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines and brand standards.
• Drive local store marketing and community outreach to support brand initiatives.
