Job summary

Smoothie King seeks a General Manager to build a high-performing team and deliver an extraordinary guest experience in our store. You will drive daily operations, lead people, and ensure brand standards align with our mission to inspire healthy, active living.

You will manage P&L, scheduling, inventory, and vendor relations, while fostering a customer-first culture and ongoing development of your team. This role requires flexibility across days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a manager or supervisor in a restaurant or retail customer service setting.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills — energized by working with people.
• Customer-first attitude and ability to connect with customers.
• Bias toward action and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done.
• Ability to work varying hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and lead the team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Use tools like P&L, Daily Business Review, Cash & Deposit Log, and Data Central for scheduling and inventory management.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and manage inventory.
• Review KPIs and adjust plans for improvement.
• Manage cash activities including daily deposits.
• Ensure food safety compliance for store and team.
• Own and promote brand standards in line with company vision.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness per brand standards.
• Drive company programs through action planning and team motivation.
• Develop local store marketing plans and community outreach.
• Recognize and reinforce achievements using company tools and new methods.
