Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking a purpose-driven General Manager to lead a store, build a motivated team, and ensure an extraordinary guest experience. You will balance strategic priorities with daily operations, drive brand standards, and foster a culture aligned with our mission to inspire healthy, active lifestyles.

You will hire, develop, and coach staff, manage inventory and cash, and collaborate with corporate partners to deliver great smoothies and retail products.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• At least 2 years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of POS systems; safety compliance knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional guest experience at your store.
• Lead and develop the store team for high performance.
• Ensure brand standards, food safety, and OSHA/EEOC compliance.
• Oversee store operations, inventory, and cash handling.
• Collaborate with Ops, Training, HR, and Marketing to meet goals.
