Smoothie King is seeking a General Manager in Matthews, NC to lead store operations, develop a high-performing team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will manage cash, vendor relations, and compliance, while driving brand standards and local marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a manager or supervisor in a restaurant or retail setting.
• High school diploma required; associate/bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused mindset.
• Demonstrates integrity and a bias toward action; flexible with hours.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and lead store team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Use P&L, Daily Business Review and inventory tools to drive results.
• Maintain supplier relationships and manage store environment.
• Review KPIs, address issues, and implement improvements.
• Manage daily cash activities and ensure food-safety compliance.
• Uphold brand standards and store appearance.
• Drive local marketing and community outreach initiatives.
