Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking a General Manager in Tennessee to lead a store team, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional guest experience while upholding brand standards.

The GM will recruit and develop staff, manage operations, control inventory and scheduling, ensure food safety, and implement local marketing initiatives. This role requires flexibility, strong people skills, and a hands-on, action-oriented approach to daily store leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a manager or supervisor in food service or retail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically hire, develop, and lead the team at your store to provide a great guest experience.
• Use tools such as Profit and Loss, Daily Business Review, Cash & Deposit Log, and Data Central scheduling/inventory tools.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and oversee inventory/shipment activities.
• Review store KPIs to identify problems and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage cash activities including daily deposits.
• Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines at all times.
• Own and promote brand standards in alignment with company vision.
• Ensure store appearance and cleanliness meet brand standards.
• Drive implementation of company programs through action planning and team motivation.
• Develop local store marketing plans and community outreach.
