Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate/bachelor preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' experience managing a team in restaurant/retail.
• Basic knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation.
• Act with integrity and align with company culture and mission.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and lead the store team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Use P&L, Daily Business Review, Cash & Deposit Log, and scheduling/inventory tools to run the store efficiently.
• Maintain supplier relationships and manage inventory.
• Review KPIs to identify issues and opportunities; adjust accordingly.
• Manage daily cash deposits and monetary controls.
• Ensure food safety compliance by all team members at all times.
• Own and promote Smoothie King brand standards and store appearance.
• Drive local store marketing and community outreach initiatives.
• Recognize and reinforce team accomplishments using existing tools and programs.
