Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years’ supervisory or leadership experience in retail or finance.
• Operations leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with phones, POS, and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license with personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store performance and meet company standards.
• Coach and develop team and drive revenue growth.
• Lead local marketing and community events.
• Review loan/pawn applications and manage risk.
• Ensure compliance with laws and conduct audits.
