Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking a General Manager to lead a retail store, drive performance, coach the team, and deliver white-glove customer service. You will be the trusted face of the store, building brand recognition and guiding staff to meet Company objectives.

This full-time role requires coaching, compliance with laws and policies, cash handling, and daily performance reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, financial, customer service, or related industries.
• Operations leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid and current driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
• Ability to work phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required. All background checks are conducted, and their results are considered, in accordance with applicable law.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of this position, which frequently include: stationary work, lifting up to 25 pounds, moving around the store, and operating mechanical controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, coach, and develop all store Team Members to build new business and maintain store profitability.
• Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding Company performance standards and KPIs; train Team Members on performance reports.
• Lead team to achieve sales goals by extending loan or pawn products, marketing strategies, referrals, partnerships, and community events.
• Supervise and maintain office security including cash management, loss prevention, and opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies, applicable laws, and regulations.
• Maintain a professional atmosphere; oversee store planograms and ensure promotional materials are displayed properly.
• Utilize personal vehicle to complete bank deposits and other Company business.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, communicating effectively with customers and Team Members at all levels.
• Maintain a full-time schedule with regular in-person attendance, including some weekend hours (minimum 40 hours per week).
• Store hours and requirements may change; discuss latest details with recruiter.
