Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years’ supervisory/leadership experience in retail, finance, service, or related industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using phones, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall store performance and meet/exceed company standards.
• Coach, lead, and develop team to grow revenue and maintain compliance.
• Identify local marketing opportunities and foster partnerships to drive growth.
• Review loan/pawn applications and manage associated risk within limits.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, procedures, and regulations.
• Oversee audits, cash handling, and loss prevention processes.
• Open/close procedures and train new staff in keyholder duties.
• Hire, onboard, and retain strong team members.
• Schedule work shifts to meet store needs and budgets.
• Handle complex customer situations with professionalism.
