Community Choice Financial Family of Brands seeks a General Manager to lead a store team with a focus on performance and a white-glove customer experience. You will drive sales, coach staff, and ensure compliance and security in daily operations.

This role requires in-person leadership across a multi-task environment in Norcross, GA. You will oversee training, performance reporting, and community engagement while maintaining a professional storefront aligned with brand standards and policies.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in supervisory/leadership role in retail, financial, or related industries.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle for business use.
• Ability to work with POS, Microsoft Office, and other systems.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and develop store team to achieve new business and profitability.
• Coach on systems, policies, compliance, account management, and performance reporting.
• Lead sales efforts by promoting loan/pawn products and local marketing initiatives.
• Manage cash, deposits, and security; ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal laws.
• Maintain a professional store environment and compliant planograms.
