Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking a General Manager to create a high-performing store environment and develop a motivated team focused on an exceptional guest experience. You will lead operations with a strong emphasis on strategic priorities and leadership excellence.

In this role, you will manage cash, ensure food-safety compliance, uphold brand standards, and drive local marketing efforts. The position requires flexibility for variable hours, including evenings and weekends, and a genuine commitment

Qualifications

High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management, or similar preferred.
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a manager/supervisor in a restaurant or retail customer service.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Hire, develop, and lead store team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Use tools like P&L, Daily Business Review, Cash & Deposit Log, and scheduling/inventory systems to drive ops excellence.
Maintain supplier relationships and inventory management.
Review KPIs and store conditions to identify issues and opportunities; take corrective actions.
