Job summary

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking a General Manager to lead store performance and develop a high-performing team. You will coach staff, monitor KPIs, and drive profitability while ensuring compliance with all policies and laws.

The role emphasizes customer service excellence and strong leadership in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a full-time schedule with in-person work, including some weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years in a supervisory/leadership role in retail/financial/customer service.
• Leadership experience in a operations setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a personal vehicle.
• Ability to operate phone, POS, Microsoft Office, and other systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, coach, and develop store Team Members to build new business and profitability.
• Manage store performance to meet/exceed KPIs and analyze performance reports.
• Lead team to reach sales goals by extending loan or pawn products and by engaging local marketing opportunities.
• Supervise cash handling, loss prevention, and opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal laws.
