Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years as a manager/supervisor in a restaurant or retail service.
• Basic knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer focus.
• Integrity and alignment with culture and mission.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop and lead the team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
• Use tools like P&L, Daily Business Review, Cash & Deposit Log, Data Central for operations.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and manage inventory.
• Review KPIs and identify problems and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage cash activities including daily deposits.
• Ensure food safety compliance by all team members at all times.
• Uphold and promote brand standards and store appearance.
• Drive programs through action planning and inspire the team to standards.
• Develop local store marketing plans and community outreach.
