Responsibilities

• Directs Customer Service and sales activities in store; resolves customer issues and concerns.
• Manages merchandise standards through Put to Fixture, SET, and Visual processes; maintains high presentation standards.
• Trains, mentors and coaches associates on omnichannel processes including pickup, delivery, and returns.
• Leads specialty businesses (Fine Jewelry, Mattress, Window) and oversees related training and protection plans.
• Partners with leadership to source and hire store talent and ensure performance and development.
• Maintains performance standards across shrink, safety, scheduling, engagement, and attendance.
