Job summary

• Directs Customer Service and sales activities in store; resolves customer issues and concerns.
• Manages merchandise standards through Put to Fixture, SET, and Visual process execution.
• Trains, mentors and coaches associates on omnichannel processes including pickup, delivery and returns.
• Drives profitable sales growth in specialty areas (Fine Jewelry, Mattress, Window) through leadership and remerchandising.
• Teaches, trains and coaches associates; participates in sourcing and hiring for hourly positions.
• Meets performance standards including shrink, safety, omnichannel metrics, scheduling, engagement and attendance.
