• Trains and coaches associates for omnichannel operations (pickup, delivery, returns).
• Leads specialty businesses (Fine Jewelry, Mattress, Window) and designs merchandising strategies.
• Partners to recruit and develop store talent for hourly roles.
• Meets performance standards including shrink, safety, and productivity.
