• Retail Leadership: supervise daily operations, opening/closing, and security.
• Team Leadership: mentor and support team in entry-level retail tasks.
• Sales and Goals: contribute to store and individual targets with effective selling.
• Store Operations: execute merchandising, restock, and maintain cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: manage stock and coordinate with management for needs.
