Skechers is seeking a motivated Key Holder to support store operations and lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment. This entry-level management role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales and maintaining Skechers’ premium store experience.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: advise customers on Skechers products and ensure a great shopping experience.
• Retail Leadership: supervise daily operations, store opening/closing, security and standards.
• Team Leadership: mentor and support team members in core retail tasks.
• Sales and Goals: help achieve store and individual targets through effective selling.
• Store Operations: manage merchandising, restocking and store cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: oversee stock and inventory with store management.
• Problem Solving: identify and resolve in-store issues for a smooth experience.
