Skechers USA Retail, LLC is seeking a Key Holder (Floor Leader) to help run daily store operations, mentor team members, and push toward sales goals. You’ll oversee opening and closing, maintain standards, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Execute merchandising plans, restock products and maintain store cleanliness.
• Oversee stock and inventory routines and coordinate with management.
• Identify and resolve in-store challenges to ensure a smooth customer experience.
