Job summary

Skechers U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Floor Leader to support store operations and mentor the team in a dynamic retail setting. This entry-level management role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while safeguarding store standards and achieving sales goals.

As a Key Holder, you will supervise daily tasks, train colleagues, and help maintain a premium shopping environment. Growth within Skechers' global brand is encouraged and supported by on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience as Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to deliver expert advice on Skechers products and ensure a great experience.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and security.
• Mentor and support team members to grow skills in entry-level retail tasks.
• Contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets with effective selling techniques.
• Execute merchandising plans, restock products, and maintain a clean, welcoming store.
• Oversee stock and inventory routines and coordinate with management to address needs.
• Identify and resolve in-store challenges to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
