Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous Key Holder/Shift Leader/ Retail Supervisor experience preferred.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: provide expert advice on Skechers products and ensure a great fit and experience.
• Retail Leadership: oversee daily store operations, opening/closing, and security standards.
• Team Leadership: mentor and support team members in entry-level retail.
• Sales and Goals: contribute to store and individual sales targets with effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: execute merchandising plans, restock products, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: manage stock/inventory and coordinate with management on operational needs.
• Problem Solving: identify and resolve in-store challenges to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
