Skechers is seeking a Floor Leader/Key Holder to support store operations and mentor a retail team. This entry-level management role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals within a premium Skechers shopping environment.

The position offers on-the-job training, flexible schedules, and opportunities for advancement within a global brand. Previous leadership experience in retail or hospitality is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience as Key Holder/Shift Leader/Retail Supervisor preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal form.
• Must be at least 18 years old at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: provide expert advice on Skechers products and ensure great shopper experiences.
• Retail Leadership: supervise daily store operations, opening/closing, and security standards.
• Team Leadership: mentor and support team members in entry-level retail tasks.
• Sales and Goals: contribute to store and individual targets using effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: execute merchandising plans, restock products, and keep store clean.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: manage stock and inventory with store management collaboration.
• Problem Solving: resolve in-store challenges for a smooth customer experience.
