Job summary

Mejuri is seeking a Floor Lead to join our store leadership team and drive exceptional customer service while coaching a dynamic sales staff. You will ensure flawless daily operations, support inventory processes, and uphold Mejuri’s brand standards on the shop floor.

The role demands leadership, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to engagement, merchandising, and service offerings, including piercing and engraving. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high volume retail environment.
• Ability to adapt creatively and quickly.
• Excellent organization and analytical skills.
• Strong critical thinking to identify challenges and act.
• Physical ability to stand 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs; evening/weekend shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and uphold Mejuri’s Steps of Selling with the team.
• Drive KPIs by managing performance and engagement of staff.
• Promote services including piercing and engraving.
• Oversee inventory and participate in monthly cycle counts.
• Support back-of-house flow for sales, phone sales, or BOPIS.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and display integrity.
• Coach team on updated Visual Merchandising practices.
• Ensure consistent adherence to brand standards across stores.
