Job summary

Mejuri is seeking a Floor Lead to join our store leadership team in the United States. You will drive exceptional customer service, mentor a high-performing team, and ensure seamless daily operations on the sales floor.

As a trusted in-store leader, you will guide the team through Mejuri’s Selling steps, manage inventory and back-of-house processes, and uphold visual standards that reflect our brand. This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high volume retail environment.
• Adaptable with the ability to think creatively and quickly.
• Excellent organization and analytical skills.
• Critical thinking ability - identify potential challenges and develop action plans.
• Physical requirements: Ability to stand for 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends & holidays in alignment with the stores availability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and uphold Mejuri’s Steps of Selling.
• Drive KPI performance and team engagement.
• Ensure positive customer experience and services offerings including piercing, engraving, and other offerings.
• Participate in inventory, back-of-house flow, and order fulfillment.
• Oversee merchandising and visual standards to maintain brand presentation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing performance reviews.
