Job summary

Mejuri in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Floor Lead to drive store success, uphold exceptional customer service, and develop the team with strong daily operations on the sales floor. As a natural motivator and collaborator, you will coach staff, drive KPIs, and promote services such as piercing and engraving while maintaining Mejuri’s brand standards in merchandising and visuals.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, manage inventory and back-of-house flow, and support onboarding

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume retail environment.
• Ability to adapt quickly and think creatively.
• Excellent organization and analytical skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving.
• Physical ability to stand 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor and uphold Mejuri’s Steps of Selling.
• Drive KPIs and motivate the team to achieve sales goals.
• Promote services like piercing and engraving.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience and service quality.
• Participate in inventory, cycle counts, and back-of-house flow.
• Manage order fulfillment, packaging standards and delivery.
• Maintain store visuals, merchandising standards and cleanliness.
• Support onboarding and performance assessments.
• Foster a positive, engaging work environment.
