Job summary

Mejuri in Bethesda is seeking a Floor Lead to drive store leadership, uphold exceptional customer service, and foster a high‑performing team on the sales floor. You will model Mejuri’s values, manage daily operations, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, inventory flow, visual merchandising, and adherence to store standards while supporting services such as piercing and engraving.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high volume retail environment.
• Adaptable with the ability to think creatively and quickly.
• Excellent organization and analytical skills.
• Critical thinking ability to identify challenges and develop plans.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Evenings, weekends & holidays may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor and uphold Mejuri’s customer service standards.
• Drive team performance and engagement to meet KPIs.
• Support in-store services such as piercing, engraving, and other offerings.
• Assist with inventory counts, back-of-house flow, and display upkeep.
• Coach team members on visual standards and brand presentation.
• Identify and escalate gaps, risks, and opportunities with cross-functional partners.
