Mejuri is seeking a Floor Lead to join our store leadership team, driving exceptional customer service, developing the team, and ensuring flawless daily operations. As a key presence on the floor, you will motivate staff, uphold Mejuri's standards, manage inventory, promote services like piercing and engraving, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver a memorable guest experience.

• Experience in a high volume retail environment.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and inventory tools.

Responsabilités

• Uphold exceptional customer service standards on the sales floor.
• Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve KPIs.
• Ensure efficient daily operations including inventory, order fulfillment, and visual standards.
• Partner cross-functionally on merchandising, services and store initiatives.
• Coach team on Mejuri’s Steps of Selling and brand expectations.
