Mejuri is redefining luxury jewelry with a dynamic in-store leadership role. As Floor Lead, you will model exceptional customer service, mentor the team, and ensure flawless daily operations on the sales floor.

You will drive KPI performance while promoting Mejuri services, including piercing and engraving, and maintain stock, displays, and systems to support a premier customer experience. You will work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, flexing evenings, weekends, and holidays as

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume retail environment.
• Ability to lead and develop a store team.
• Excellent organization and analytical skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and validate the quality of the in-store customer experience.
• Drive KPIs through personal performance and by engaging the team.
• Promote services such as piercing and engraving to customers.
• Assist with inventory cycles and back-of-house operations.
• Maintain store merchandising and visual standards.
• Coach and onboard new staff, and manage employee relations.
