Mejuri is seeking a Floor Lead to join our Los Angeles store leadership team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, coaching a sales team, and ensuring smooth daily operations on the floor.

The Floor Lead will drive KPIs, support staff development, and help manage inventory, fulfillment, and merchandising to uphold Mejuri’s brand standards and a positive customer experience.

• Experience in a high volume retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor and uphold Mejuri’s Steps of Selling to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Drive KPIs and support team performance and engagement.
• Oversee inventory, order fulfillment, and store operations to ensure efficiency and brand standards.
• Coach and develop store staff, support onboarding and performance reviews.
