Job summary

Mejuri is seeking a Floor Lead to join its Atlanta team. You will drive exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor, coach staff, and oversee daily operations to align with Mejuri’s standards.

The role requires leadership, strong organizational skills, and a readiness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. As a key store leader, you’ll manage inventory, merchandising, and service offerings, while focusing on KPIs and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high volume retail environment.
• Adaptable with the ability to think creatively and quickly.
• Excellent organization and analytical skills.
• Critical thinking ability - identify potential challenges and develop action plans.
• Physical requirements: Ability to stand for 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends & holidays in alignment with the stores availability requirements.

Responsibilities

• STACK: Lead by example and validate the quality of the in-store customer experience by communicating, training, and upholding expectations on the team on Mejuri’s Steps of Selling.
• STACK Leadership: Maximize results and achievement of KPIs by driving performance and engagement.
• Services: Promote services including piercing, engraving, and other offerings.
• KPIs: OPH, NPS (85%), SPH, STACK Leader Segment: Conversion and Sales Success.
• Inventory: Participate in monthly inventory & cycle counts and ensure teams have proper technology.
• Order Fulfillment: Support back-of-house flow for in-store sales, phone sales, or BOPIS.
• Storage & Organization: Maintain BOH and display inventory, packaging, and supplies.
• Systems & Technology: Use POS, inventory software, and retail tech.
• Shrink: Mitigate product loss.
• Escalations: Identify gaps and roadblocks with urgency and collaborate to resolve.
• Merchandising: Maintain Mejuri’s brand standards of visual presentation and cleanliness.
• Fixtures & Maintenance: Validate display tools and decor, notify when missing/damaged.
• Visual Standards: Coach staff on visual merchandising updates.
• Merchandising: Ensure Mejuri brand standards of presentation and cleanliness.
• Escalations: Flag inefficiencies and take action.
