Aufgaben

• Lead by example on the sales floor and uphold Mejuri’s Steps of Selling.
• Drive KPI results and engage the team to meet targets.
• Promote services such as piercing and engraving.
• Assist inventory, cycle counts, and back-of-house processes.
• Support order fulfillment and packaging standards.
• Onboard and develop store team members.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
