Job summary

Lush Cosmetics North America is seeking a Floor Leader to support store management, drive sales, and lead a motivated team on the shop floor. You will deliver a top-notch customer experience, conduct product demonstrations, and champion Lush values in every interaction.

You will train Sales Ambassadors, foster DEIB, manage cash handling and opening/closing duties, and maintain visuals and stock to ensure store standards. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures experience.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem solving customer service issues in day-to-day operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs (evenings, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Driving Sales: coach sales team using StoreForce dashboard, adjust shop floor to meet/exceed goals, celebrate achievements.
• Customer Experience: deliver world-class service, product demonstrations, exceed daily sales targets, build loyal customer base.
• Building the Brand: educate customers on Lush values, promote ethical actions and packaging, host events and traffic-driving initiatives.
• Product Passion: deepen product knowledge and make informed recommendations for customers.
• Development: train and coach Sales Ambassadors on techniques and product knowledge to improve performance and growth.
• DEIB: encourage open communication, listen to perspectives, promote belonging and teamwork.
