Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service and sales experience.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through coaching and adjustments to the shop floor to meet goals.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience on the shop floor, including product demonstrations.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and responsible practices.
• Increase product knowledge and make informed product recommendations.
