Job summary

Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America is seeking a Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team on sales, operations, and staff development. You will lead a team of sales associates on the shop floor to meet and exceed daily goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities include coaching using StoreForce data, conducting product demonstrations, educating customers on our brand values, and fostering a positive, productive store environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback and training.
• Ability to solve day-to-day customer service issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales using StoreForce dashboard results to coach and adjust shop floor to meet goals.
• Lead on the shop floor to deliver world-class customer experiences and product demonstrations.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical practices in-store and at events.
• Develop team performance through coaching, feedback, and training.
• Support store management in ensuring policy, product integrity, and safety.
