Job summary

Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America is seeking a Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team on the shop floor, driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will lead a team of sales associates, coach on product knowledge, and promote Lush brand values through demonstrations and community engagement.

You will manage cash handling, store operations, and employee training while fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving issues related to customer service in day‑to‑day operations.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales by coaching the sales team using StoreForce dashboard results and adjusting shop floor structure to meet goals.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience on the shop floor, including product demonstrations and consultations, exceeding daily sales goals.
• Educate customers on Lush values and communicate our stance on Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, and Naked Packaging.
• Increase product knowledge and consistently provide informed recommendations for customer needs.
• Develop Sales Ambassadors and peers on effective sales techniques and product knowledge to improve performance.
• Promote DEIB by encouraging open communication and valuing diverse perspectives within the team.
• Manage cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and secure store operations; ensure daily deposits and end-of-day security.
• Maintain visuals/merchandising standards and train the team on inventory best practices and displays.
