Lush Cosmetics North America is seeking a Floor Leader to drive sales and lead a team of Sales Ambassadors on the shop floor. You will coach for performance, deliver a premium customer experience, and educate customers about Lush's values and products.

You will foster a positive work environment, oversee daily operations, and ensure store standards, including cash handling and opening/closing duties, while embracing DEIB and cross-cultural collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures experience
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training
• Problem-solving issues in day-to-day customer service operations
• Experience in a fast-paced team environment
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsabilités

• Drive sales by coaching the team using StoreForce dashboard insights and adjusting floor structure to meet goals
• Deliver world-class customer experiences on the shop floor and through product demonstrations
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and our ethical positioning in-store and in community events
• Increase product knowledge and make informed recommendations for customers
• Train and coach Sales Ambassadors on effective sales techniques and product knowledge
• Promote DEIB by encouraging open communication and belonging among team members
• Oversee cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and store security to ensure smooth operations
