Job summary

Sur La Table is seeking a Store Floor Lead to drive in-store performance and guest satisfaction. In this leadership role, you will back the General Manager or Store Manager, act as MOD, and guide the team to achieve sales and operational goals while maintaining a best-in-class customer experience.

You will coach associates, stay current on products, and lead by example to deliver memorable, education-focused experiences that inspire repeat visits and loyalty.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail management experience or equivalent preferred.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and retail management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor and oversee daily store operations as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Provide coaching and feedback to elevate performance and team engagement.
• Support onboarding, training, and development of new associates.
• Address customer concerns and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
