Sur La Table is seeking a Store Floor Lead, full-time, to inspire customers and drive in-store performance. As MOD, you’ll support the GM/SM in achieving sales goals, coach the team, and ensure a premier customer experience.

You will stay current on products, participate in training, and maintain brand standards while managing daily operations and ensuring smooth service across shifts in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and team coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and retail management systems.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor and oversee daily store operations as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Provide coaching and feedback to elevate performance and team engagement.
• Support onboarding, training, and development of new associates.
• Represent the brand to create memorable customer experiences and loyalty.
• Drive store sales goals through effective customer engagement and team motivation.
• Ensure merchandising standards and stock levels meet SOPs and visual guidelines.
