Sur La Table is seeking a Store Floor Lead in a leadership role to drive daily store operations, coach the team, and ensure a best-in-class guest experience. The position supports the GM/Store Manager and acts as MOD to meet sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail management experience, preferably in a specialty or culinary retail environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor and oversee daily store operations as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Provide coaching and feedback to elevate performance and team engagement; report issues to GM/SM.
• Support onboarding, training, and development of new associates.
• Represent the brand with a focus on guest experience and customer loyalty.
• Achieve store sales goals through customer engagement and effective team motivation.
