Job summary

Vuori is seeking a Retail Store Floor Lead in Chicago to guide the sales team by example, share product knowledge, and uphold Vuori’s standards. You’ll supervise floor operations, delegate tasks, and partner with Store/Assistant Store Manager to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Lead by example, motivate the team to hit sales goals in a collaborative environment, and stay ahead on product trends and inventory needs to support business goals.

Qualifications

• Open availability for 37-40 hour work weeks.
• Prior leadership experience and commitment to a 1-year tenure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor by example and ensure the best customer experience.
• Maintain floor readiness: restock, size fitting, and provide product feedback.
• Explain product details and drive team to meet sales goals in a collaborative environment.
• Build lasting customer relationships and invite participation in events and launches.
• Coordinate with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager on daily operations and compliance.
