Job summary

Vuori is seeking a Retail Store Floor Lead in Chicago to guide the sales team with a customer-first approach and brand-aligned service. You will be the go-to leader on the shop floor, ensuring an engaging shopping experience while executing store standards and initiatives.

You’ll mentor teammates, maintain floor operations, and push for strong sales results in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a proactive customer service mindset.

Qualifications

• Available morning and/or evening, work 8 hour shifts, 5 days/week, available at least 1 weekend day.
• Must be a leader in punctuality and attendance, adhering to scheduled shifts.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Customer service expert, creates experiences and develops relationships with customers.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and follow through skills.

Responsibilities

• Create an unforgettable customer experience.
• Lead the team on daily floor operations to prioritize customer experience.
• Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide feedback on merchandise style and fit.
• Forge lasting relationships with customers and invite them to events.
• Be knowledgeable on new products and best sellers and share with customers and team.
• Motivate the sales team and achieve sales goals in a team-based environment.
• Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
• Maintain store conditions, restock, and uphold visual merchandising standards.
