Job summary

Vuori, Inc in Chicago is seeking a Retail Store Floor Lead to coach the sales team, model Vuori's brand values, and deliver memorable customer experiences on the floor.

You will own daily floor operations, motivate the team to hit sales goals in a team-based commission environment, and stay current with product knowledge to advise customers.

This role requires reliability, strong communication, and a proactive mindset to ensure fast-paced store performance and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Availability for mornings and/or evenings, 8 hour shifts, 5 days a week, at least one weekend day
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues
• Customer service expert capable of creating experiences and managing customer concerns
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with initiative and accountability

Responsibilities

• Create an unforgettable customer experience by guiding customers and sharing product knowledge
• Own the floor day-to-day operations in the absence of store leadership
• Prepare fitting rooms, assist with sizing, and provide honest feedback on merchandise
• Build lasting customer relationships and invite participation in events and new product drops
• Maintain visual merchandising and communicate inventory needs to support sales goals
