Job summary

Vuori, Inc. is seeking a Retail Store Floor Lead in Skokie, IL to guide the sales team, uphold Vuori’s brand standards, and drive a positive customer experience on the sales floor under Store Manager direction.

You will coach teammates, greet customers, share product knowledge, manage fitting rooms, and contribute to daily operations to ensure outstanding service and store performance.

• Demonstrated leadership in retail or service environment.
• Strong customer service orientation with ability to build relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Create an unforgettable customer experience.
• Lead the sales floor and team to prioritize customer experience.
• Prepare fitting rooms, locate sizes, and provide feedback on merchandise fit.
• Engage customers with product knowledge and upcoming events.
• Be knowledgeable on new products and top sellers, and share with customers and team.
• May assist with daily store operations in absence of Store Manager.
