Job summary

Vuori is seeking a Retail Store Floor Lead to guide the sales team by example, delivering Vuori’s brand values through expert product knowledge and a positive, energetic attitude. You’ll supervise the floor under the Store Manager, delegating tasks and acting as a go-to leader.

You’ll help create memorable customer experiences, build relationships, and stay current on product trends while maintaining store standards and operations.

Qualifications

• Available morning and/or evening, 8 hour shifts, 5 days/week, available at least 1 weekend day.
• Must be a leader in punctuality and attendance, adhering to scheduled shifts.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues.
• A customer service expert, creates experiences and develops relationships with customers, embraces the social aspect of sales and the ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes.
• Strong organizational skills and follow through skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Create an unforgettable customer experience.
• Takes ownership of the sales floor and sales team to ensure customer experience is the first priority.
• Prepare the fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide feedback on merchandise style and fit.
• Forge lasting relationships with customers by engaging about product details and events.
• Be knowledgeable on what's new and what's selling well and share with customers and team.
• Lead day-to-day operations when the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager is not in.
• Motivate the sales team and achieve sales goals in a team-based environment.
• Seek new product knowledge to serve as an expert for the customer.
• Lead the team in completing projects with focus on customer experience.
• Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
• Maintain daily store operations and visual merchandising; ensure cleanliness and safety.
