Job summary

Vuori is seeking a Retail Store Floor Lead to guide the sales team and embody Vuori’s brand values on the floor. You will connect with customers, share product details, and keep the store running smoothly under the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager’s direction.

As a Floor Lead, you’ll drive guest experiences, train staff, and stay current on new arrivals and top sellers. The role requires flexible hours, a weekend day, and a commitment to Vuori’s standards and culture.

Qualifications

• Available morning and/or evening, 8 hour shifts, 5 days/week, available at least 1 weekend day.
• Must be a leader in punctuality and attendance, adhering to scheduled shifts.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues.
• A customer service expert, creates experiences and develops relationships with customers, embraces the social aspect of sales and the ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes.
• Strong organizational skills and follow through skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative.Eager to develop new skills and responsive to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead the retail sales team by example, communicating Vuori’s brand values through product knowledge and a positive outlook.
• Encourage the team on maintaining Vuori’s standards in retail sales and customer experiences.
• Supervise the retail floor and assist Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
• Prepare the fitting rooms, locate sizes, and provide honest feedback on merchandise style and fit.
• Engage customers to build lasting relationships and invite them to upcoming events.
• Stay knowledgeable on new products and best sellers and share with customers and team.
• Lead day-to-day store operations in the manager’s absence and motivate the team to reach sales goals.
• Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
