Job summary

Vuori is seeking a Retail Store Floor Lead to guide the sales team and embody brand values while delivering an outstanding customer experience on the floor. You will lead by example, delegate tasks, and act as a go-to person under the Store Manager’s supervision.

Responsibilities include creating memorable customer experiences, owning the sales floor, mentoring staff, preparing fitting rooms, and sharing product knowledge to drive engagement and sales while upholding Vuori's standards.

Qualifications

• Available morning and/or evening shifts; 5 days/week including a weekend day.
• Strong relationship-building with customers and colleagues.
• Customer service focused; capable of handling concerns proactively.
• Able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced store environment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Create an unforgettable customer experience on the sales floor.
• Lead the sales team to ensure a superior customer experience.
• Prepare fitting rooms, check sizes, and provide feedback on merchandise fit.
• Engage customers about products, invites to events, and stay informed on new items.
• Support store operations, inventory needs, and daily maintenance.
