Job summary

Vuori, Inc in Chicago is seeking a Retail Store Floor Lead to guide the sales team by example, delivering a memorable customer experience and modeling Vuori’s brand values through product knowledge and a positive, optimistic outlook. Under the Store Manager, the Floor Lead will supervise the floor, delegate tasks, and assist in leadership duties with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.

Open availability for 37-40 hour work weeks; strong leadership, communication and customer service

Qualifications

• Open availability for 37-40 hour work weeks.
• Must be a leader in punctuality and attendance, shifts start early and can end late.
• Prior leadership experience and commitment to a minimum of 1 year in role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the retail sales team on the floor and model Vuori's brand values.
• Ensure each customer receives the best experience possible.
• Prepare fitting rooms, assist with sizes, and provide honest product feedback.
• Forge lasting relationships with customers and invite them to events.
• Be knowledgeable on what’s new and what’s selling well and share with customers and team.
